Our Story

From the Ground Up

Southeast Concrete Solutions started where most contractors do - doing solid residential work and building a reputation for getting the job done right. Over time the work evolved, the equipment grew, and the projects got bigger.

Today our focus is commercial and industrial flooring across the Southeast. Large-scale epoxy systems, polished concrete, and surface preparation for the facilities that demand the most from their floors.

What has not changed is the approach. Every job gets the same attention to prep work, the same equipment, and the same standard of finish whether it is 2,000 square feet or 200,000.

Mike learned the trade the right way - working with his father from the ground up. What started as structural concrete work grew into a specialty in decorative and high-performance flooring systems. He makes it a priority to stay ahead of industry developments so Southeast Concrete Solutions delivers work that sets the standard, not just meets it.

While we are not the biggest contractor in the Southeast, our quality and expertise remain unsurpassed. Our attention to detail, along with the meticulous prep work, allows us to stand behind every floor that we install.

We Own Our Equipment
Husqvarna and Ermator are the industry standard in concrete surface preparation equipment. Over the years Southeast Concrete Solutions has continually invested in a full fleet of grinders, shot blasters, and vacuum systems, allowing us to work efficiently and effectively no matter the size or scope of the project.

Prep Is Never Optional
Almost every floor failure we have ever seen traces back to insufficient surface preparation or moisture-related issues. Every slab we take on is tested for moisture and relative humidity and mechanically prepped before a drop of coating goes down.

We Are Honest About Scope
Not every slab is a candidate for every system. We tell you that upfront. If something is going to be a problem we say so before the contract is signed, not after the work starts.

We Work With You and Around You
We understand that shutdowns mean lost revenue. We plan phased installations and work nights and weekends when needed to keep your operation running while we get the job done.
